Exercise transforms, internally and externally, and is integral on the path to health and personal well-being. I work with clients to creatively design an individualized exercise program that takes into consideration not only your specific health and fitness needs, but also your personality and unique interests. I specialize in developing programs for all fitness levels that thoughtfully and carefully combine breath and balance training with dynamic flexibility components,total body strength and toning with a strong emphasis on proper posture and core activation.

As an exercise therapist, my intention is to create the best program for you in order to educate and empower you - to support, motivate, and challenge you as your discover the healing power of exercise. Regular exercise is the best preventative and proactive measure we can take to keep our bodies and minds stay well.  My education in eastern exercise practice and western exercise science has taught me that exercise enhances our life because a great workout makes you feel strong and alive and connected - it teaches you how to heal yourself!

As part of our partnership agreement, I promise to take the time to demonstrate and explain all aspects of the wellness work we will do together to help you achieve your goals. Your body, mind and spirit will unify in function and action!
