Our individualized behavior program provides 8 behavioral coaching sessions that will move you into a more balanced lifestyle, cultivating new attitudes and sustainable behaviors that support health and well being.
Session one Committing to change: Explore current life style patterns and behaviors that impact on your health. Determine the most meaningful and practical changes you wish to make. Set long term and short term goals.
Session two Developing a winning strategy: Prioritize your goals and develop a strategy with consecutive steps that will create your desired outcome. Identify resources and strengths that you can draw on as you take each step. Identify potential obstacles and devise strategies to keep you on track.
Session three Deepening motivation and commitment: Learn tools and techniques that will maintain your momentum and increase your commitment. Learn to cultivate the emotions that fuel change and eliminate emotions that drain your energy and derail your success.
Session four Creating a new habit: Learn how to rewire your brain and establish a new behavior that will enhance your health. Begin practicing tools that develop new neural networks in your brain, the foundation for new behaviors and habits.
Session five Stopping unwanted habits: Explore and deconstruct a negative habit. Identify underlying motivations and emotional currents that are a part of your negative habit. Identify potential triggers and potential new behaviors to replace a negative habit.
Session six Transforming the “inner sabateour”: Explore false beliefs or sabotaging “self talk” that can derail your success and momentum. Learn to anchor new beliefs and self motivating messages that will increase confidence and self-satisfaction.
Session seven Cultivating positive feelings: Explore aspects of your life that give you a sense of purpose and feelings of satisfaction. Learn how positive emotions enhance health. Focus on enhancing aspects of your life that provide meaning and fulfillment.
Session eight Sustaining Change: Reflect and fine tune the tools and strategies that have contributed to your success. Revise your Self Care Plan to support your on-going success. Celebrate your accomplishments!
